Visitor and Client Information

• To be able to respond to enquiries made via the contact form or email, to advise subscribers of new posts, and to announce special events such as workshops
• To allow you to submit a testimonial via this website
• To provide you with the best possible service for any consultation made via this website.
• We do not collect any personal finance information.

There are certain pieces of information that we need to provide this Service, including your name, email address, and/or telephone number. To determine whether a Skype or face to face meeting is feasible we also require general information regarding your location.

You will also need to provide your date, place, and time of birth if you choose to proceed with a Heart’s Plan consultation.

The information we hold will be accurate as given and will be updated upon your advice. You can check the information that is held about you by emailing us via the contact form. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Storage

The Heart’s Plan Service will create your astrology chart from information that you provide. Your birth chart will be kept on file for your convenience. Similarly, if you choose to have your consultation recorded, the mp3 recording will remain in storage so that you may access it again if you need.

You may request these charts and recordings to be deleted from our files. This will be agreed to for data we are not required to keep for legal, security, or administration purposes.

Heart’s Plan may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • To protect and defend the rights or property of Heart’s Plan

Please be assured that anything you share in a consultation or on the Make an Appointment form can be given in total confidence that it is confidential. Your personal information is understood to be private and to have been entrusted with Heart’s Plan in the expectation of complete confidentiality.

The personal information you disclose will not be traded, sold or rented to any third party by Heart’s Plan. Deborah Muffet will only ever disclose your personal information without your consent if legally required to do so.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
